MPACT has resumed a quarterly reporting with effect from 3Q FY2022/23. Consequently, distributions to Unitholders are also on a quarterly basis with effect from 3Q FY2022/23.

5 In 4Q FY19/20, MCT made capital allowance claims and retained capital distribution totalling S$43.7 million to conserve liquidity in view of the uncertainty due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Of this, S$15.0 million was released to Unitholders and included in the distribution for 1H FY20/21

6 In 4Q FY19/20, MCT made capital allowance claims and retained capital distribution totalling S$43.7 million to conserve liquidity in view of the uncertainty due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Of this, S$13.0 million was released to Unitholders and included in the distribution for 2H FY20/21

7 In 4Q FY19/20, MCT made capital allowance claims and retained capital distribution totalling S$43.7 million to conserve liquidity in view of the uncertainty due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Of this, the remaining S$15.7 million was released to Unitholders and included in the distribution for 2H FY21/22

8 This is the MCT Clean-up Distribution for the period from 1 April 2022 to 20 July 2022 (being the day immediately before the Effective Date of the Trust Scheme pursuant to the Merger with Mapletree North Asia Commercial Trust)
